Can you develop a fabric from an existing sample?
Yes. A reference sample can be used as the starting point for construction, weight, hand feel, colour, finishing and performance development.
What information should I send for a new fabric enquiry?
A reference sample, fabric specification, composition, target weight, Pantone colour, required finish, garment application or expected performance can all be useful. You do not need to have every detail before contacting us.
Can you add functional finishes to woven fabrics?
Depending on the base fabric and end use, development may include water-repellent finishing, coating, lamination, quick-dry or moisture-management performance, UV protection, anti-static treatment and other project-specific functions.
Do you support coating, waterproofing, lamination and functional finishing?
Yes. Depending on the project, routes can include coating, waterproof constructions, quick-dry, moisture management, UPF 50+ targets, breathable constructions, printing, lamination and TPU membrane solutions.
How do you control quality before bulk shipment?
We work from an approved reference and follow the agreed construction, colour, hand feel, finishing and required performance through bulk production. Inspection or third-party testing can be coordinated when required.
