The exact checkpoints depend on the fabric, finishing route and buyer requirement. The aim is to keep the approved reference, colour, performance and bulk follow-up aligned.
Colour & Finish Approval
Lab dips, Pantone references, customer standards and finishing requirements are confirmed against the agreed reference.
Performance Requirements
Water repellency, waterproof construction, quick-dry, moisture management, UV, anti-static or other project-specific targets are agreed with the relevant test method where required.
Bulk Inspection & Shipment Review
Shade consistency, visible defects, finishing consistency, specification checks, packing and shipment status are followed according to the project scope.

TESTING, COMPLIANCE & MATERIAL PROGRAMS

Requirements vary by fabric, customer and supply route. These logos indicate organizations or programs that may be referenced in a project; they do not mean every CC Textile fabric carries every certification shown.
INDEPENDENT THIRD-PARTY TESTING
Bureau Veritas report — an example of project-specific verification.
This Bureau Veritas report is shown as an example of independent testing arranged for specific submitted woven fabric samples. The report records an overall PASS rating and satisfactory Appearance After Care results for the samples identified in the document.
The report applies only to the submitted samples, stated test property, method and conditions. It should not be interpreted as a certification covering every fabric or future production lot.
C0 DWR & PFAS TESTING SUPPORT
C0 DWR development with project-specific PFAS testing.
For projects requiring fluorine-free water-repellent finishing, we can coordinate C0 DWR development and arrange PFAS target-content testing to an agreed scope, method and customer requirement.

The TÜV SÜD report shown here covers two submitted woven fabric samples - one 100% polyamide and one 88% polyester / 12% spandex. The report conclusion states Pass for the specified PFAS Target Content Test.
